STAFF AND BOARD

Each class is taught by a teacher and assistant teacher, all experienced in early childhood education. The lead teacher is a certified or experienced professional. The Faith Preschool Board includes nine church members, several of whom are certified teachers with extensive experience in early childhood education. The board includes a parent representative.

Rachelle Sawadski is the Head Teacher at Faith as well as the Lead Teacher for our Pre-K program. She has a B.A. in Elementary Education and Early Childhood Education from Millersville University and has been at Faith since 2018 as well as being active in children's ministries at QUMC. Rachelle lives in Quakertown with her husband Pete and their two children. In her free time she enjoys spending time with her family, cooking, reading, and the beach.

Megan McMichael is the Lead Teacher for our 3 Year Old and 4 Year Old Programs. She is certified through the state of PA in Early Childhood Education and has a B.A. in Psychology. She has been at Faith since 2016 and is an active member of QUMC, especially in children's ministries. Her and her husband live in Quakertown with their son. She's a Jersey girl, born and raised, and is a huge sports, beach, and Disney fan.

Jessica Albright is the Lead Teacher for our 2 Year Old Program. She has education credits from West Chester University and a B.B.A. from Temple University. She has been at Faith since 2018 and in the past has been involved in multiple children's ministries at QUMC. Jessica lives in Quakertown with her husband Keith and their 3 children. She loves animals, reading, OCNJ, and Disney.

Babs Kerns is the Assistant in the Pre-K Program and also our Office Manager. She is a parent to two former preschool students and has a BS in computer engineering from Penn State University. She brings years of experience volunteering with the children's ministries of QUMC and Pfaff Elementary as well as work as a substitute at Faith. In her free time she loves to learn new things so she is always reading, studying, trying new recipes, teaching herself to sew, and working on her red belt in Taekwondo.

Diana Shabani is the assistant in the 3's and 4's classes and also our Registrar.  This is Diana's first year joining the Faith Preschool team, but she has been part of the family since 2019 when her youngest attended the 4's class. Diana is a volunteer for many Quakertown organizations and she lives in
Quakertown with her husband, Zack, and their two daughters, Leanna and Jasmine

Jen Reich is an Assistant Teacher for the 2's room. She has a BS in Economics and a Masters in Elementary Education, both from the University of Pennsylvania. She has lived in Quakertown with her husband Steve since 2003. They have 3 children who all attended Faith Preschool. Jen keeps busy as President of the non-profit Pride of Quakertown which helps local youth through it's scholarship program but was excited to have the chance to be back in a classroom with little ones a couple of days each week.
